Adenoid cystic carcinoma is a malignant tumor commonly located in the parotid and submandibular glands. There is no literature to date that discusses its incidence in the lower extremity. This article presents a case of adenoid cystic carcinoma presenting in the leg. (J Am Podiatr Med Assoc 103(5): 438–440, 2013)
